Completing your aligner treatment marks a milestone, but aftercare remains essential. The retention phase is non negotiable for long term success. After finishing with the last aligner, you will wear Vivera retainers full time for a period we specify, usually a few months. After that you must wear them every night indefinitely. It is a lifelong commitment to keep your smile perfectly straight. Regular dental check ups are important to keep teeth and gums healthy.
