Your journey begins with a 60 minute consultation at our Finchley practice. We start with a 3D digital scan to build an exact model of your teeth—no messy impressions. This lets us simulate your treatment outcome and show you your potential new smile. If you choose to proceed, your custom Invisalign aligners are made. You will switch to a new set about every 1 to 2 weeks and wear them about 22 hours a day for best results. You will have checkups every 6 to 8 weeks to track progress. For most cases, treatment lasts 12 to 18 months. After your teeth settle, we provide Vivera retainers to wear at night to help keep the results.

Invisalign is our most popular method. These clear removable aligners are nearly invisible, so you can straighten teeth without the look of traditional braces. Because they come out, you can eat, drink, brush and floss as normal, which helps maintain good oral hygiene. It is a highly effective treatment with a success rate over 95 percent for suitable cases. We keep pricing clear with no hidden fees. The cost depends on case complexity and the system used. At our practice the prices are: Invisalign Lite costs £3,300 for simple cases, Invisalign Full £4,400 for more comprehensive treatment, and Vivera retainers, a set of three durable retainers, costs £500. This fee covers all aligners, appointments, 3D digital scans and one year of follow up care. We are a private only practice and do not offer NHS orthodontics. We do accept several private plans, including Max Bupa, Denplan and Cigna, which may cover part of your treatment.
